HOW TO USE:
• Apply Complexe 5 once or twice per week by working it into the scalp section by section.
• Massage and leave in for 5-10 minutes until a warm feeling is present, then shampoo.
• Shampoo with Forticea by massaging into wet hair in a circular motion.
• Leave shampoo in the hair for 1-3 minutes, then rinse.
• Once per month apply Triphasic to the scalp section by section.
• Massage into scalp but, do not rinse.
